Acceptance and Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Evobet’s online gaming service (the “Service”). By registering an account, placing bets, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policies, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms applicable to your participation.

Definitions

  • Evobet means the brand operated by the licensed entity providing the Service.
  • Customer means a person who holds an active Evobet account and participates in the Service.
  • Company refers to Evobet and its related entities, including service providers acting on its behalf.
  • Platform means the Evobet website and any mobile or other supported access channels through which the Service is provided.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) refers to identity verification and related due diligence procedures applicable to Customer accounts.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction means any country or territory where participation in online gambling or use of the Service is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or Evobet policy.

Changes to Terms

Evobet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated through appropriate channels prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

Legal Compliance and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to engage in online gambling where you reside.
  • You must not access or use the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction or while physically present in one while participating in gambling activities.
  • It is your responsibility to comply with all local, national, and international laws relevant to online gambling.
  • Evobet reserves the right to refuse access or terminate an account if the Customer fails to meet eligibility criteria or breaches these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

  • Accounts are single-user and non-transferable. You may not hold or operate multiple accounts. Evobet may close or suspend any duplicate or suspicious account at its sole discretion.
  • During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update Evobet promptly with any changes to your personal data.
  • Users may be subject to identity and address verification procedures. Evobet may request documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method confirmation) to verify identity and age. Verification should be completed within 30 days from registration or from the date of the first deposit.
  • We may perform a card verification procedure by requesting a small refundable charge (e.g., 1 EUR or equivalent) to verify ownership of the payment card. The verification amount will be returned to your account after completion of the process.
  • Disposable or anonymous email addresses must not be used for registration. Accounts opened with such addresses may be closed.
  • Evobet may, at its discretion, suspend or close an account if documentation cannot be provided or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals, Currencies and Fees

  • Accepted currencies include EUR, USD, ZAR, NOK, AUD, NZD, CAD, JPY (YEN), INR, BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, USDT, DOGE. Deposits and withdrawals are conducted in the currency chosen on the account, subject to localization and provider requirements.
  • Deposits are credited to your account promptly after payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed promptly upon request and subject to verification and compliance checks.
  • You are responsible for any fees imposed by payment providers or intermediaries. Evobet may charge processing or administration fees in accordance with the applicable payment method terms.
  • Where appropriate, Evobet may apply a refund handling charge to failed refunds or chargebacks as permitted by applicable law and payment provider terms.
  • All winnings are paid to the same account or payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements and any applicable limits.

Restricted Jurisdictions and Geographic Restrictions

Access to the Service may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Evobet maintains and updates a list of Restricted Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is legal in your location. Evobet may block access or restrict activity for customers located in, or accessing the Platform from, restricted jurisdictions. Evobet reserves the right to void or cancel wagers or void winnings in accordance with applicable law or internal policy if access or participation is in violation of these restrictions. Evobet may also apply country-specific limitations to bonuses, promotions, or other offers where required by law or policy.

Prohibited Conduct and Security

  • Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or provider blocks is strictly prohibited and may result in the confiscation of winnings and account suspension.
  • Collusion, fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to influence game outcomes is prohibited. Evobet may void bets, close accounts, and report suspected wrongdoing to authorities where required.
  • Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
  • You may not use the Service for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. You must provide truthful information and comply with KYC checks as required.

  • Players must understand and comply with the rules of the games offered on the Platform. The theoretical payout percentages are provided by game developers and may change; Evobet makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but does not warrant game mechanics or returns.
  • Bet limits: for Table and Live games, the maximum bet per round is 1000 EUR or equivalent. For Slots, the maximum bet per spin is 50 EUR or equivalent.
  • Evobet reserves the right to modify or withdraw games or events, and to refuse or limit bets in its sole discretion.

Promotional terms are governed by separate promotion-specific terms. Promotions may be subject to eligibility criteria, country restrictions, wagering requirements, expiry periods, and maximum wins. Bonuses may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or to certain customers, including but not limited to restrictions applied to specific regions or age groups. It is your responsibility to review all applicable terms before participating in any promotion.

  • You are responsible for paying all taxes and duties that arise from winnings in your jurisdiction, where permitted by law.
  • Fees may apply to certain transactions (deposits, withdrawals, or currency conversions) as required by payment providers or local regulation. Evobet will disclose any charges before processing the transaction where possible.

Evobet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You consent to the processing of your data for account management, compliance, and marketing, subject to your opt-out choices where applicable. You may be asked to participate in loyalty or promotional programs, subject to their terms and eligibility criteria.

All content on the Platform, including software, logos, graphics, and game material, is owned by or licensed to Evobet. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from Evobet.

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Evobet does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation and disclaims all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
  • Evobet is not liable for losses arising from gambling, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or any actions of third parties.
  • In the event of a material error in a wager, payout, or paytable, Evobet reserves the right to suspend or void affected bets and re-settle according to the correct terms available at the time of the bet.
  • Evobet may suspend or terminate a Customer’s access for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any conduct that may harm Evobet or its customers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evobet, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms, including any breach of representations or warranties.

Evobet may suspend, limit, or terminate your account at any time for security concerns, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or any prohibited conduct. Upon termination, Evobet may withhold or return funds in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies. Any unsettled bets or pending withdrawals at the time of termination will be handled per Evobet’s standard procedures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evobet is licensed. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer protection provisions where applicable.

These Terms, together with any policy linked herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Evobet regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. A failure or delay by Evobet to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or its right to enforce it in the future.

Evobet may communicate with you electronically in relation to your account, including verification requests, security alerts, and promotional notices, consistent with the Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications where applicable.

Evobet may assign or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties as needed to provide the Service. You may not assign your rights without Evobet’s prior written consent.
